How can I take fresh aloe vera directly from plant? I have aloe vera plants in my garden I want to know how can I take its fresh gel?

By splitting the leaves you may get the gel. Which few people drink directly. But I advise not to do that. As there are almost 50 types of alloe vera species. And not everyone are safe to consume. Take it if you are too sure. Or else you may take advise from some specialist.
