I'm an 18 year old currently attending college. And I'm going through depression and anxiety. The course I'm attending was imposed on me and I find it quite hard which is the cause of me getting less marks. That's causing depression and not only does it affect me mentally, but it has started affecting my personal life, my relationships and my friendship. I get currents of sudden chill passing through my body, I'm mostly furious to the point it would compel me to self harm. Any help would be appreciated.
