lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Turnip, can be eaten either raw or as cooked vegetable. Carrot is also good but not more than 100 g a day, as it is more sweet. Chicken (dressed) fish are good. Red meat is not so good, better to be avoided. It is essential to maintain a strict blood glucose level in diabetes. Thanks.
