Hi if there is an undisplaced fracture then it will recover on its own and it will take around 6 to 8 weeks for recovery till that time she needs to be at complete rest and the supplements which she needs to take a Calcium 500 mg twice a day and Vitamin D3 60000 units once a week along with multivitamin like zevit once a day all of them to be taken with meal. She may also need pain Killers and antacids to avoid gastritis from the pain killers for any other concern you can contact me and discuss.
