I can't control my thoughts. I can't even sleep properly because of them. I think stuff which I don't want to think and then suddenly I come back to the moment forgetting what was I thinking. It's really bad. It isn't allowing me to concentrate either. Please tell me what to do. It's like daydreaming which gets off my memory suddenly.

Hello. Yes. Thoughts. They are non stoppable in nature. So one can go with the flow. U can learn to be okay with them. U don't need to stop or change them .once you are okay with them and be with them ,they will slowly vanish on their own. And will be replaced with the new ones. What you can best do is keep your self busy with purposeful stuff. Make SMALL goals and follow them. U will get some meaning in life. Once you start doing this .unwanted thoughts will be automatically replaced rational thinking.
