Sir, I am 23 years old female. Recently I found my hypothyroidism. I am taking tablets and yoga on daily. And i am having the symptoms of constipation and light dizziness while walking. Is it caused by thyroid or any other reason? how can I avoid this? please give me some suggestions.

I am happy to read that you are doing yoga regularly" sarvangasana" is a specific aasan for thyroid and you must practise it for at least five minutes every day. Constipation is due to thyroid deficiency, when was the last time you got your thyroid checked? please let me know the result, I want to see scanned copy of the report. Report should not be older than one month. Dizziness while walking can be because of low haemoglobin of low vit d3. Please get blood checked for these two and let me know the result.
