Hi doctor, I am suffering from ringworm, I have ringworm under my arms, neck, between thigh s, and on my cheeks face, I have tried many homemade treatments, also I am visiting the skin hospital (behl skin institute gk. 1)it's been a year now, I have also done my blood test all positive, still no healing, while I apply the creams and take medicine it gets ok for weeks, suddenly it appears again, I don't know what to do please help.

Hi 1 Most important is to maintain good hygiene in the form of: a) change your towel every second day b) Take bath twice daily c) PUT YOUR TOWEL as well as UNDER GARMENTS OUT IN SUN TO DRY COMPLETELY d) IRON YOUR UNDERGARMENTS FROM BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE e) Dry your body well before putting on your clothes after bath f) You must take shower after coming back from GYM 2.
