What I have to do for wake up early in morning basically I go to bed around 12 clock and wake up at 9 clock but I want to get up around 6 clock what should I do to less it.

You need to be on your bed at least by 9: 00 PM. Sleep is considered adequate, when there is no daytime sleepiness. Avoid daytime sleep if any. If you are feeling sleepy after your lunch, then you need some guidance about your diet. You may have some physical exercise during 4: 00 PM to 6: 00 PM. Avoid eating during this period. Then only you will feel hungry in the evening. Take your dinner as early as possible, say before 8: 00 PM. Psychological stress, a poor sleep environment, an inconsistent sleep schedule, or excessive mental or physical stimulation in the hours before bedtime are the hurdles. Keep a regular sleep schedule. Avoid stimulating or stressful activities before bedtime. Avoid stimulants such as caffeine. Improve sleep environment by keeping very dim pleasant lights. Avoid computers, televisions and work materials in your bedroom. Adopt some meditation technique. It will relieve stress if any.
