Yes , you can adapt a very healthy lifestyle so that you can feel healthy and look better . Maintain an ideal weight by eating only healthy and fresh food. Include local and seasonal fruits and vegetables in every day meals. Avoid junk , processed or packaged food items. Avoid tobacco and alcohol. Limit tea or coffee. Also include Yoga which can help your body and mind to work in harmony. Take proper sleep ( 7-8 hrs daily ). Have sufficient water (8-10 glass of water or more if you feel thirsty ).
