I want to ask about my nephew, who is 10 days old only, we give him lactogen-1 solution once in 2 hours and breast feed, but from 2 days he is not pooping, is it fine?

If a child is exclusively on breast feed then it doesn't matter if he poops after days but with top feed he should poop also top feed causes hard stools so avoid it and feed only breast milk. You can wait for some time.

In my experience formula milk is responsible for such type of constipation. For a baby of 10 days or so I don't take it normal though for older babies it is normal. Give him exclusive breastfeeding up to the age of 6 months.

Yes its fine. If the baby is otherwise well, its okay. As long as the baby is passing urine throughout the day, ie 6-8 times diapers are being changed or if using cotton nappies. They are being changed 8-10 times.
