Hi, I have question related to body building. Is taking supplements (whey protein) deteriorate health? Is it safe taking these products (muscle tech, nitro tech ripped).

Hello sir, I would suggest you to focus on consuming high protein diet through food rather going for supplements which will help you increase your muscle mass. With whey proteins you also need to follow a diet rich in proteins as one cannot completely depend on wheys. So you need a customized diet chart that you need to follow for at least for 5 months as you need weight loss initially and then body buildup.
