I have post acne scars on both cheeks doctor advised me for subcision needling treatment. Is this treatment have any side effects or not? And in which season I will take this treatment as rainy season is going on?

HI there is no side effect as such except slight swelling or bruising which vanishes in few days. If you are not having field job or dusty humid working environment, then don't get it done. But if you are doing OFFICE JOB & can avoid sunexposure, you can get it done in rainy season. GOOD LUCK!
