You can use any toothpaste available in the market, each of them will work fine. If you are serious about cleaning of your teeth, brsuh twice daily for at least 3 minutes daily. Sometimes, you can achieve better cleaning of teeth and can maintain it longer only after professional cleaning of teeth. You can learn proper brushing technique. So that any toothpaste will do the job. Any toothpaste be it colgate, closeup,pepsodent or dantkanti will not help you until your brushing technique is not correct. Its prime function is to reduce surface tension so that if your brushing is proper, you can remove food debris to maximum.
