I am 19 year old normal clg going student I am facing panic attacks from almost 2 years last few months some incident happened in my life like I lost my friend and others other some problems in that period I face major panic attacks day by day .I am continues thinking about what is going on my life. Because of this over thinking I am feeling depression. Now I am unable to feel any emotions. I am feeling empty. My panic attacks are overcome .but I am continues feels something bad happy with me at next second. Because this my sleeping pattern also change, im feel weak legs I am unable to enjoy those thing which was my favorite at some days ago. And I also feel some heaviness in my upper chest not heart area that feelings comes and go at that time I am feeling helpless this is normal in this phase especially heaviness feeling which was describe. And give me some suggestions I want to live my normal life again.
