Teczine 10 mg prescribed to a diabetic patient and gfr reading tested last month was 45. Is it safe for one month dose fo r the cause of itching macular amyloidosis.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Levocetirazine is fairly safe, however with a GFR of 45 ml/min, 10 mg dose is not recommended. Dose recommended for 30 to 50 ml GFR is 2.5 mg every alternated day. Thanks.
