SGOT Value is 96 when tested for Liver & kindly Profile, I am diabetic and have grade 1 fatty Liver Please suggest me how to go ahead with to reduce to normal levels.

Thanks for the query. Most important thing in treating Non alcoholic fatty liver is to reduce weight at least by 10%, then take healthy balanced diet and do regular exercise. These measures help in controlling the condition. Plus your blood glucose has to be in excellent control with FBG<100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8. Thanks.
