Hi, If somebody C-Reactive Protein is high, if it is 9.1 out of 6 being the maximum range does it mean that the person is suffer from Rheumatoid Arthritis.

No it does not. Crp is very a broad test to say something is wrong with the body recently. You need to get your RA factor and Aslo and HLAB27 test done.
