Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. TSH 83.08 mU/L is too high, signifying severe hypothyroidism. This needs urgent treatment with appropriate dosage of levothyroxine. Dosage has to be calculated on the basis of patients age, weight, height, T4 & TSH values. Plus she has to avoid soy beans and soy containing food products and exercise daily.
