I am 25 years old. I have abdominal pain (both left and right side) from almost two weeks. It is not severe pain bt little pain. please tell me what is the reason of abdominal pain?

My dear friend, it is very difficult to say cause of the pain, specially in abdominal pain. So it will be far better to go for ultrasonography once for proper diagnosis. It may be simple gastric pain. Timely diagnosis is always better for you as well as your doctor. Hope this will help you.
