I am 24 year old male I have ocd from past 2 years I have consulted a doctor but I have not received a good result what should I do now.

OCD is a long term treatment since it is a difficult condition to treat. The first consultation will be diagnosis and assessment. Later if you are put on tablets, they need periodic (every 2-3 weeks) to assess and increase the dose or add another drug of therapy. Therapy with ERP also takes many sessions depending on the number of obsessions you have. The result you expect is how to live with these obsessions without problems in your day today life. Please keep meeting the psychiatrist as often as she/he asks you to meet.
