Dear Lybrate User, It appears that you have anxiety. I think you were criticised by your elders when you were growing up or not appreciated enough for your efforts And as a result, now you are underconfident. I guess you also feel weak and helpless in front of people who have authority and power. You might be experiencing anxiety or fear because of the medical condition mentioned by you or some fearful experience in your early childhood. It is very important for you to understand that any skill can be learnt and your performance can improve with practice. Even talking to people effectively, is a skill. With little guidance, you will be able to learn this. Mind and body work together. So when you will become more confident, means when you will become strong mentally, your body will not shake and your face will not become red. In my opinion, Counselling will help you. Please contact a Counsellor. All the best.
