My neck skin is very dark. I have to consult a associate professor of dermatology in *Jorhat medical college hospital* who can said that this problem is call "acanthosis nigricans" and he can prescribed me a elovera lotion named *Calamine lotion with aloevera*.I can use this but it can not work fast. Please help me improve my neck skin very fast.

Hello. Acanthosis nigricans usually occurs in later stages of diabetes due to uncontrolled levels of sugar in blood. If that is the case then, adequate control of the blood sugar by appropriate treatment as given by the endocrinologist is more than enough to reverse this condition to some extent. Apart from this the moisturizer which has been suggested is fair enough for preventing the extension of this condition.
