Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. High blood glucose levels mean current treatment is inadequate. There has to be up gradation in terms of increasing the insulin dosage or adding some of the newer molecule to get better glucose control. Plus we will also have to look at your dietary intake and extent of exercise being done daily. Plus looking at your weight and height it is clear that you have grade 1 obesity with a BMI of 30 44 kgs/M2. This itself is a major contributor for high blood glucose levels. Thanks.
