Male aged 24 has progressive swelling in the lymph nodes started since last year in neck multiple lymphadenopathy was seen largest was 2.1 *1.1 cm of right cervical lymph node on USG and on FNAC cytomorphological impression is suggestive of granulomatous lymphadenopathy and microscopically no caseaoys necrosis is seen lymphocyte in various stages and few singly scattered epithelial cell are seen What should be the final diagnosis of this case? Need a final diagnosis confused about this case.
