I'm 38 years old lady, having thyroid which fluctuates as per the medicine intake. I took medicine for hypothyroid 50 mg for 2 years and then my weight started reducing daily. After getting my blood test my thyroid level came down and doctor asked me to stop medicine immediately due to overdose. Now suddenly my weight started increasing and my thyroid level is 10.84. I have started taking medicine but I want to boost up my metabolism rate naturally. Please suggest.

Normal t3 and t4 with slightly elevated tsh usually won't cause symptoms of hypothyroidism. You should consult endocrinologist.
