Dear Sir, I am very stressed towards my life, I thinks much regarding family responsibility etc, I don't know why fm getting bad dreams it's automatically wake up suddenly in the night, then will wait for sometime to sleep, I need to stop this naturally please guide should I do Meditation/ yoga etc or any other medicines will work.

stress always have negative impact on our personal, professional n occupational life. Dreams is a mirror of unconscious mind. In other words, whatever we tend to suppressed in our mind, gets released through our dreams. Now you need to work on releasing your negative thoughts by practicing different relaxation techniques - Deep breathing, OAM chanting, listening instrumental music, yoga, stretching exercises. It should be practiced as frequently as you get unwanted thoughts. when mind is positive and stable, you will be able to get sound sleep.
