I underwent By-Pass surgery of my heart 2 years back. Every this healed by now except the stitches which are still swollen These give little pain to me, when touched. Some times, I feel itching also. Presently, I am taking following medicines:- 1 Tab. Of Glympride GP 3/850 & 1 Tab. Of telmisartan in the morning and 1 Tab. Of Attorwas- 40 & capsule of clopilet150. Please guide me to get rid of above problem I am facing.

These are called stitch keloids. To shrink it crush three or four tablets and add a small amount of water to make a smooth thick paste. Apply the paste on the scar wait for dryness then rinse with water. Pat the area dry and apply olive oil. Or intralesional steroid injection to be taken.
