If anyone with hypo thyroidism maintain his tsh level within 4, then after long time does it affect his memory or brain power? I want to know whether it is possible to keep one's memory and intelligence level unaffected by maintaining tsh level even after the diagnosis of hypothyroidism? Please suggest.
