Ceruvin A 75 contains clopidogril 75 mg & Aspirine 75 mg used as blood thinner in patients of angina or heart atyack to prevent blood clotting in arteries of heart. In duodenal ulcer chances of bleeding are more from ulcer hence continuing these blood thinners should be done with great caution.

CeuvinA contains two blood-thinners, Clopidogrel and Aspirin, they need to be taken only if you have a stent or bypass or blockage in heart vessels and even in this case after one year only anti-platelet is required. The combination drug does put you at risk of having bleeding and Clopidogrel has higher chances of causing bleeding as compared to aspirin in gastric ulcer patients. You have not mentioned why your cardiologist is giving you this combination whether it was started as a preventive treatment or secondary to a stent/bypass/coronary artery disease, but given the fact that you have dudodenal ulcer, if you were given this combination as a preventive treatment your cardiologist can stop Ceruvin-A. If you have had a stent/BYPASS/coronary artery disease then you should stop the combination drug and continue only single blood thinner.
