Evry morning after tea I take telma am 40 and betaloc 50 and arkamin .but some time after taking this all medicine my bp goes 115-150 why?

your bp is not under control despite best medicines taken go to local doctor and get bp monitoring done with another group of medicines reduce salt to bare minimum take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon juice exercises and yoga and meditation reduce stress and anxiety related issues
