My age is 29 and I was detected blood pressure of 140/90 which I have measured many times. Sometimes it goes 150/100 I have done 2 decho stress test which I came at 85% of total walking doctors said its normal my lipid profile is also on below border level my weight is 98 kg my height is 5.11 inch .once when I did ecg in digital machine it came as irregular twice but when I do normal ecg all doctors said its normal. I have started taking telvas 20 mg and my bp is 116/71 shall I take medicine when my bp is already low or normal whatever you consider it is. I am very confused what to do I can not enjoy my family life. Pls help.

1) 140/90 is pretty normal as per latest hypertension guidelines in a normal adult of your age. 2) Occassional increase from this level, will not be termed hypertension unless it is sustained persistently. 3) You seem to be more health anxious, this anxiety will leads to anxiety induced increase of blood pressure, so it is better if instead of being anxious or panicking you relax. 4) Your irregular gear rate could be due to faulty machine reading.
