I am taking (paroxetine) for anxiety and stress issue from last month. But I am suffering from precum since 7 years. My body. Hands and voice is also shaky. Is this precum related with anxiety. Sperm drops or colourless fluid comes out in seconds when I do normal talk with girls. Even when I sit besides my uni classmates. And I can not perform normal work due to this premature ejaculation prescribe meds plz.

Pre-ejaculatory secretion (precum) is a normal process. It is not a disorder. It is a common misconception to confuse precum with premature ejaculation. The precum is a normal secretion which is secreted for the purpose of lubrication of urethra. Your other symptoms seem to be related to anxiety. Please communicate your concerns to your psychiatrist and get clarification about your condition. In my opinion, with the information that you have shared, there is no evidence of any disorder. So take it easy and consult your psychiatrist or any general physician.
