I am suffering from anxiety. I do yoga, meditation etc, but these things relax me just for few hours. I am very focused to my carrier. But I feel insecurity and lots of emotional changes. I want to leave my hopes, what the actual reason of my patience. I want to be emotionally strong person but without confessing my sorrow. Because I am already tired to think about all things again and again. Why things stuck as emotionally. Please suggest me to move on and how to be happy. Every day. I never live happy life. I have just hopes inside me to take next step in my life. Sometimes I couldn't find anyway to love. Why is it hard to love everything, when I like all things. Please tell me how to be strong?

Start maintaining a diary where you would record your thought process! Post that do approach a therapist to identify your irrational thoughts and work on it with some guidance. Simply Yoga or meditation will not cure your anxiety. In your diary you could mention - situation -thoughts related to that situation -behavior (what you did or couldn't do post those thoughts. Also start practicing self love! By repeating positive affirmation every morning and evening. But remember a professional s help in the initial stages will be helpful!
