Hi I am new to riding bike. When I ride bike I feel intense anxiety and fear also I think what other people think about me. I am also extremely shy anxious about all things. These behaviours effect me very badly. Please help.

Whenever one starts anything new, to some extent apprehension & anxiety comes normally. As you are new to riding bike, you are experiencing the anxiety & fear. Do not stop riding because of it. Stay focused & positive, & continue riding regularly. With regular practice you will gradually become expert & habituated to riding. Your confidence will grow, & anxiety & fear will disappear. Rather than concentrating on what people will think about you, focus on your priorities & your goals. Systematize your thoughts. Before doing any work plan properly regarding how you will do the work to your best capabilities & proceed accordingly. When you will do your works to your best abilities, your confidence will grow, you will feel good about your performance, & you will become more focused on doing your tasks better & better. Then you will become more busy with & concentrated on your own life rather than on your surroundings.
