I want to build up my muscles and I want to know the amount of proteins I should get. I also want help from you to know amount of proteins I am getting from my daily diet.

If you r eating non veg food thrice in a week then you need not take extra proteins. U should take protein supplements only when you exercise. And after exercise. Protein intake depends on your weight. For example if your weight is 64 kgs then you should consume approximately 65 gms of protens. If you r eating vegetarian food then soya, cereals, spinach, milk etc r good sources of proteins.
