Consult a dentist to rule out reason for tooth ache and for the time being plain paracetamol. 250 mg will reliev the pain.

Hello lybrate-user javed give child syp. Augmentin two times a day 5 ml each time syp meftagesic -p three times a day 5 ml each time and its better that visit to a dentist done a proper examination and diagnosis.

It is basically eruption gingivitis due to erupting permanent first molars or incisors. Medication is simply symptomatic and suggest take only ibugesic syrup or tab for relief. No antibiotics. If its a decayed milk tooth, suggest visit the nearest pediatric dentist.

The pain may be due to the decay reaching the innermost portion of the teeth (pulp) or it is even possible that the child is complaining of severe sensitivity.
