Sir, I'm a patient of anxiety & depression. Consuming Zosert 50 & Zapiz 0.25 for last 02 years. Now I feel better. From 2007 to 2009, I was under treatment & my doctor said you are cure, no need to come. At the end of the 2014, problems began to come back. (headjam) I couldn't take decision. Dear Lybrate User, The reason of anxiety and stress is generally some conflict originating in unconscious mind with which an individual is not able to cope up with. A person may or may not be aware of the conflict present in the mind. As your Psychiatrist told, that you have completed the medication you will have to cope with the conflicts with the help of Psychotherapy sessions in your locality or online. One has to invest in himself to come of issues completely like you earlier invested in medications. Now you have to invest in Psychotherapy so you get anxiety handling tools. When done regularly twice a day, this exercise gradually alleviates the anxiety and is a sure shot method to relieve anxiety. But should be done religiously. Make a self rating scale of 0 to 10 where 0 = absence of anxiety, 10 = highest level of anxiety experienced. Each time you set yourself to do this exercise - note your anxiety level on 0 to 10 scale in a copy. Do the rating before exercise and after the exercise. Twice daily.
