Due to stress and tension I could not sleep properly in night. Can I take herbal sleeping peel. For sleeping can it be good for health please suggest..

Hello It is important to remove stress and tension in order to have good sleep. You can try indulging in meditation, excercises, hobbies and socialisation which can reduce your stress. Try meditating twice a day, one being before going to bed to relax your mind and have sound sleep. Try not to think much about those stressful events and have positive thinking.
