I used to have anxiety in August month so it got resolved by Zapiz medications for 5-10 days and it got resolved for 2-3 months. Right now I am in Bangalore from few days I am having heart palpitations and back pain at a single point and having a little problem breathing and nausea too. I don?t worry a lot but when I go for interviews my heart beats very fast. Suggest me something to remove my anxiety permanently and should I take that zapiz 0.25 tablet again at night.

You seem to be having panic attacks. They could be secondary to performance anxiety. Zapiz medication is only used temporarily. It will not benefit you on long term. I advice you to consult a psychiatrist near by and get diagnosed. And you can take counselling / medication for some months that will greatly reduce the chances of further panic attacks. It?s not a major problem but ,the quicker you act the faster your issue will subside.
