Good afternoon. I'm 37 weeks pregnant with my first baby.In my latest US report baby presentation is given as cephalic but the spine is in the left. Does it mean posterior/ anterior or anything else. Also my baby head doesn't engage and is quite high. Head is sometimes in right/middle/left. Could it be due to the position. What does this all really mean and in which way will affect my birthing option.
