Hello Laser Therapy selectively Heats up the pigment which later absorbed by phagocytes. After laser the skin is sensitive to UV rays which increases chances of cancer. So laser as such does not have risk of cancer if you protect your skin after procedure with sunscreens. Do not worry Laser is a safe method for tatoo removal.
