From the description it seems you have a fungal infection also called tinea cruris in medical terms. It's a treatable condition. Drugs like itraconazole, luliconazole etc are used in the treatment. Please contact your local dermatologst for the correct doses. The doses would vary according to your age, severity of illness etc. You also need to incorporate certain lifestyle changes in this. PLease keep the area as dry as possible after bath. Use a separate towel, don't share it with anyone. Please use loose clothes.
