Hello, Thanks for the query. Your blood glucose levels seem to be fairly well controlled including the HbA1c%. The present medication looks to be doing a good job. Instead of changing the medication, it is better if you look at your diet and also to the extent of daily exercise that you may be doing. Because by making slight changes in food intake and increasing the extent of daily exercises you can easily reduce blood glucose levels. Thanks.
