lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. TSH 7.7 mU/L is suggestive of subclinical hypothyroidism. That is normally not treated. Only when TSH is over 10 mU/L, treatment is initiated. In subclinical hypothyroidism treatment is given only if there are any troublesome symptoms of that condition. Or if there are high number of Anti- TPO antibodies (Hashimoto's Thyroiditis). As regards psoriasis, you can continue the treatment if you feel so. At present there is no need to take any treatment for thyroid condition. For hypothyroidism the only treatment is to take adequate dose of levothyroxine. There is no drug in other practices. Thanks.
