I am 35 years old I am having hypertension I take olmark 20 mg tablets daily and my routine BP is 145/90. Is this called to me a normal count? And I donate Blood as normal people can do?

At your age is in the higher side. Do asanas Pranayams & happy.

Your BP is slightly high despite the medication and you should discuss with your treating cardiologist for dose change, also please follow lifestyle changes like daily 40-45 mins of exercise, quitting smoking and drinking, eating a healthy diet on the lines of DASH diet by consulting a dietitan. You can donate blood but please donot take medication on the day you are donating.

your bp is slightly high despite medicine reduce stress and anxiety related issues with the help of yoga and meditation reduce weight also reduce salt and take more potassium through citrus fruits like oranges and lemon juice and water with honey walking is simple exercises eat more of seasonal vegetables and fruits and control the blood sugar levels reduce bad fats. continue to donate blood.
