I have tsh level of 6.55 currently and in August 2017 it was 3.4, doctor prescribed me before thyronorm 25 mcg and I have take it for 6 months. Till August 2017 and since August 2017 I am off from medicine, so should I take same meds or not to take?

TSH in itself is a poor independent parameter to determine treatment. For all my patients I consider symptoms as well as a more thorough lab profile.
