I am suffering from allergy for the past 7 years there is triple response over any pressured area followed by intense itching which is relieved on taking anti histamines. I have done some lab investigations recently everything was normal but the allergy test proved positive for some foods and I tried avoiding them but it still persists could you help me with this.
