My Grandson six year old. He suffered by pneumonia during March 2016 and again during Dec. 2017. Allopathy treatment has been given. Frequently suffer from cough and khasi. Also some time his WBC increased in Blood when he suffer from fever and cold/cough problem. Please Suggest for Ayurvedic or homeopathy Treatment and how to increase immunity power. Thanks.

Your grandson is 6 years old. Children are susceptible for ear, nose, throat and chest infections till age 6-7 yrs. Your grandson had attack of pneumonia in December and March. It is either because of cold weather in December or changing weather in March. In such months, it's better to avoid fresh fruits, curd, buttermilk, ice-cream and any other cold stuff. When there is start of cough and cold, foment his chest for 3-4 min. At night with salt pottali (a handful of crystalized salt wrapped in a piece of cloth, and make it warm on a hot iron pan). This will certainly prevent further stages of increase in cold and cough. Regular Ayurvedic treatment is of definite help. Have a nice day.
