A normal person has a resting heart rate of 72 and it goes up to 140-150 when you do intense exercise or climb steps. The pain you may be experiencing must be chest pain due to excessive exertion and heavy breathing. It seems to be normal. Keep doing regular exercise and exertion, this problem will go away when you get more fit. If you still feel a problem consult a physician.

Avoid anxiety. Be relaxed. Learn meditation, learn to prioritise the things. Every task is not eqially important. Get your thyroid function test done. Consult a local cardiologist. God bless you.
