Hello, Thanks for your query on Lybrate "As" per your clinical history is concerned what you are thinking is not always correct and there are lots of pathological causes responsible for infertility, so follow like this to know exact cause of it- 1) Do a physical examination by your treating Doctor (endocrinologist) and do few investigations like (Hysterosalpingography, hysterosonography,TSH ,FSH on day 3 of cycle) 2) Discuss with your Doctor about diagnostic Laparoscopy to rule out uterine causes like endometriosis. Do modify your lifestyle like this - 1) Try to maintain a normal weight and do exercise regularly. 2) Try to avoid alcohol. Heavy alcohol use may lead to decreased fertility. And any alcohol use can affect the health of a developing fetus. If you're planning to become pregnant, avoid alcohol. 3) Try to reduce stress. 4) Try to limit caffeine intake to less than 200 milligrams a day. Hope that helps.
